The current revelation of syndicated corruption in the country has caused widespread divisiveness, anger, hatred, vindictiveness, and even a sense of hopelessness among our people. Even the previous earthquakes & extreme typhoons have filled the atmosphere with fear and pessimism.

Master Morya and other Teachers of Light have warned humanity of indulging in these negativities, for it attracts personal disasters & even affects the subterranean fires beneath the Earth that cause earthquakes & volcanic eruptions. It is really a matter of mind over matter – intense thoughts and emotions create not only personal, but also national reality. We have only one country, and we must create a positive, peaceful, and harmonious destiny for our Motherland and our people.

Once again, we invite you to participate in the 12-minute White Heart Sun Radiation, sincerely, followed by the 10-minute Om chanting at 10 am and 4 pm. This is the complete Radiation-Meditation (White Heart Sun) technique that was sent to all members last November 9, 2025, for your perusal:

At 10:00 a.m., we invite members to participate in this Radiation Meditation. First, pray Psalm 91. Then chant verbally ‘Aum’ twice, ‘Rama’ once, and then ‘Aum’ twice. Then visualize your heart as a white sun. See and feel your white heart-sun as radiating 2 mins of Joy and bliss, 2 mins of Life and Vitality, 2 mins of Peace, 2 mins of Harmony, and 4 mins of Love and Kindness, as if you want to embrace the whole world and the whole universe and all creatures therein. Radiate this white light for 1 min to every loved one you have. Then, for 5 minutes, be in the center of your heart, in the center of God in your heart. Then, for the next 10 minutes, chant ‘Om’ (pronounced as Uuummm) verbally. After that, be passive for 3 minutes. Repeat this same method again at 4 pm. Then participate in the 8:00 to 8:30 p.m. (Manila time) Group Heart Radiation daily. With all humility and sincerity, please participate in this Radiation-Meditation for the protection of you and your loved ones.

Very URGENT! The whole of humanity is now entering a very dangerous yet revelatory time, or an apocalyptic one. Chaos and even madness will increase, leading to violent protests and economic collapse in major countries, which may trigger a domino effect in smaller countries. This combination may lead to many wars in different countries. Extreme weather changes and geologic upheavals may also increase, such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.

To protect ourselves and our loved ones, we have to raise our vibratory rate. Other than your intensive meditation practice of 3 hours daily, Remembrance of God many times every day, and the Practice of Kindness and Charity, we are recommending that members become vegetarians beginning Nov 18, 2025, up to May 18, 2026, for these are the very intense times that may even produce a black swan event that may shock and paralyze humanity. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Dairy products such as eggs and milk are permitted. Master Morya even approved of eating from time to time, smoked meat, and fish. Just be sure it is smoked and there is no more blood in the meat and fish.

Begin learning now about vegetable gardening. If you have a limited lot area, you can use pots or recycled cans & plastics. If you are not very good at cooking vegetarian food, there are several Vegetarian restaurants now in the Philippines that can deliver to your own home. Additionally, there are numerous recipes for vegetarian cooking available online; simply conduct your own research.

Many members have texted that they are having some difficulties in becoming pure vegetarians, especially during this Christmas Holiday, so we asked Guruji about this. This is what he said:

“In truth and according to Cosmic Law, you cannot eat your way to heaven. Being a vegetarian can raise your spiritual vibrations, but if you are living an immoral life, you are in a worse situation. Better be moral than vegetarian. Refrain from too much red meat because it really lowers your vibratory rate. In reality, it is the blood in animals that is the problem, for in the blood lies that bestial consciousness that affects the physical and psychic bodies. If you are having a hard time, just eat lots of fruit & vegetables, anyway, there is such food as white meat and fish available. But if you are doing, let us say, a three-day intensive spiritual retreat, either to commune with God or to contact the Spiritual Masters for evolution and illumination, try to be completely vegetarian for 3 days, or for the span of your spiritual retreat. Then you can return to a non-vegetarian diet. But again, always, every time you eat, there should be lots of fruit and vegetables. Another truth and Cosmic law is that the prana, or vital life force, has already been consumed by animals in their lives, whereas in plants, there is still plenty of prana or life force that you can benefit from more.

“What is really important in our goal to attain higher consciousness and to protect ourselves and our loved ones is first, living a very strict or rigorous moral and charitable life, then meditate for at least 2 hours or more daily, remembrance of God in a joyful gratitude as love, compassion and kindness, participating in the scheduled daily meditation radiations especially in the 8-8:30 pm, read and study the lessons of the Order diligently, and finally, be loyal to the Order because having many schools of the esoteric and mystical, you will miss the essence and the protective aura of the Order. In a strict spiritual and esoteric sense, having other schools than the Order is tantamount to betrayal and the trust that the Order has given the member. Honestly, you must choose. If you choose the other school, leave the Order. It is for your own good. The penalty for a traitor and betrayer is tough. If you choose the Order, then go for it in complete sincerity, humility, and honesty. Just imagine this, in truth, how can you practice other techniques from other schools with the combination of the techniques of the Order? It will just destroy your mind. Being loyal to one school from your heart and soul protects you from these dangers. But I assure you, just be patient. With diligent practice, the teachings of the Order will only make you healthy, your financial problems will be solved, and you will prosper and ultimately attain a very high consciousness. You will find out, because of your sincerity and honesty, what the Masters of the Order said that our Order is the highest school on this planet.

“In my youth, I traveled to the West, the US, and Europe, studying many Western traditions, including Kabbalah and the like. I even went to Islamic countries, including Egypt, and other parts of the Arab world, to study Sufism. And I even went to the Himalayas, Tibet, India, and many other places, and studied many techniques such as Tantric, Kriya, Buddhist Yoga, Kundalini, etc. But in the end, I settled on the Order and found it to be one of the highest, the most sane, and the most family-oriented types of mysticism, so I can say, with all due humility and sincerity, that our Order is really the highest. Also, what I have learned on these travels of mine, especially the highest techniques, I have put in our Order’s lessons.”
